WHAT IS KARMA
We have lived many thousands of lifetimes. The journey of the soul began when we separated from “Creator” and in every incarnation the soul goes through various kinds of experiences, that leave various imprints on one’s mind, which store is permanently in deep cellular memories, which we call ‘effect’. Our mind is like a ‘field’ whatever action we take in life from various experiences is like sowing seeds of future experiences, these seeds remain dormant in our cellular memory and when ripen they produce the effect. In some cases, this can happen lifetimes after the original action was performed. In simple words when we acted or reacted, we have created thoughts and beliefs about ourselves and others and every thought and action create “Energy”, because we are “Energy beings”. These energy vibration creates Karma, in other words our state of mind it determines our experience, if we feel, fear, pain, trauma, abuse, unhappiness, shame, guilt, abandonment, limiting sabotaging thoughts, anger, judgments, criticism, sadness, betrayal, rejection, suppression, torture, anxiety, panic, toxic relationships, that create energy residue which is not harmonious, which affected our response and how we view life. But these emotional thoughts believe creates “Energy Distortions”.
ENERGY DISTORTIONS RESULTING IN VARIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS, CHRONIC DISEASES, LACK OF ABUNDANCE, LACK OF SUCCESS, PAIN, FAILURE, UNSUCCESSFUL AND PAINFUL RELATIONSHIPS, SCARCITY, SADNESS, AND SO ON.
So it is very important to clear, neutralize, transmit, and uncomfortable emotions, believes and the reaction we gave to every action. When we go through it, it leaves an energy residue, that may attract what you don’t want in life. We suffer because we don’t understand. What actions we need to take, if we had this understanding, there would be no suffering and problems, so it is very important to clear energy residues, distortions that are not harmonious and of happiness, peace, and joy.
